Terms & Conditions of 29ph22

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 29ph22 platform available at 29ph22.cam (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 29ph22 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise continuing to use 29ph22 after being presented with these Terms, you are providing your explicit, informed, and voluntary consent to all provisions contained herein.

To be eligible to register and use 29ph22, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction reflects the minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable in the Philippines. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately terminated, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others).
• You must be legally permitted to engage in real-money online gaming under the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal where you are located.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of 29ph22 or any of its associated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that includes the 29ph22 Platform or any applicable exclusion scheme administered under Philippine regulatory authorities.
• You must not have had a previous 29ph22 account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

29ph22 reserves the right to conduct age verification and identity verification checks at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified within the timeframe requested by 29ph22 may be suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 29ph22 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication codes associated with your 29ph22 account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used — whether by you or any third party — shall be deemed to be your activity and your responsibility.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 29ph22 immediately via our customer support channels.
• 29ph22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account sharing, whether for gaming purposes, fund management, or any other reason, is prohibited.

29ph22 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

29ph22 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods that are registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified by 29ph22 may be returned to the originating payment method, and the account may be subject to investigation and suspension.

Accepted payment methods on 29ph22 include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current deposit minimums, maximums, and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section of your 29ph22 account dashboard.

• All deposits on 29ph22 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PHP.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 29ph22 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 29ph22 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 29ph22 bears no responsibility.
• 29ph22 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Funds deposited into your 29ph22 account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. They do not earn interest and may not be transferred to other players or used for any purpose other than placing wagers on 29ph22.

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their 29ph22 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity verification must be fully completed and approved by 29ph22.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method, as displayed in your account Cashier.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that was previously used to make a deposit to your 29ph22 account, wherever technically possible.

29ph22 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section of the Platform. GCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may vary according to the receiving institution's processing schedules.

29ph22 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of account verification, investigation of potential fraudulent activity, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Where a withdrawal is withheld, 29ph22 will notify the affected Player and provide a reasonable explanation.

29ph22 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer at the time of presentation. These specific bonus terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Players who have previously abused bonus terms, hold multiple accounts, or have been identified as bonus hunters may be excluded from promotions at 29ph22's discretion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the bonus terms will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Withdrawal of Bonuses: 29ph22 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any already-credited bonus funds will remain subject to the original terms.

Players who attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies may have their bonus eligibility revoked and any resulting winnings voided. 29ph22's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All games available on the 29ph22 Platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 29ph22 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.

All gaming outcomes on 29ph22 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games, and by real-time physical processes for live dealer games. 29ph22 does not manipulate, adjust, or interfere with any game outcome in a manner that disadvantages individual Players.

• Wagers once confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 29ph22's decision on the outcome of the affected game round shall be final.
• 29ph22 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where evidence of software exploitation, game manipulation, or collusion is identified.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 29ph22 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be subject to reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on 29ph22.
• Transferring funds between 29ph22 accounts or facilitating third-party use of your account for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to launder money, finance prohibited activities, or use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws of the Philippines.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions.

All content on the 29ph22 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of 29ph22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 29ph22.

Game content, including graphics, mathematics, and mechanics, is owned by the respective game studio providers and is licensed to 29ph22 for use on the Platform. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of game content is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 29ph22 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

29ph22's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to 29ph22 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

29ph22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure. We make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 29ph22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

29ph22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring account closure.
• A decision by 29ph22 to discontinue offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any verified available balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method. Where an account is closed due to Player breach, 29ph22 may withhold funds pending investigation and resolution of the breach in accordance with applicable law.

Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting 29ph22 customer support. Account closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority and may include referral to support resources.

29ph22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the 29ph22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if desired, close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect Player rights, or updates required to comply with regulatory directives — may be made without specific notification but will always be reflected in the updated version of this page.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 29ph22, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. 29ph22 is committed to responding to all dispute communications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents 29ph22 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
